The City Council of the City of Ruth-
ton does hereby Ordain, as foriows:
SECTION I. AMENDMENT. That City
Code Section 91.06(A) and 91.06(B)
are amended to state as follows:
91.06 KENNELS.
(A) Definition of Kennel. The keeping
of more than three dogs on the same
premises within the city, except that
a fresh litter of pups may be kept for
a period of three months before that
keeping shall be deemed to be a =ken-
