one of the volunteers to sit
on the dunk tank during
the celebration.
The RTR Peanuts softball
team took home first place
last Saturday in the Pea-
nuts Softball Tournaments
in Minneota. They opened
with a loss to Minneota,
then came back to win two
consecutive games against
Marshfield Township by rerouting the
existing outlet and redirecting it to the
south where it will interconnect with
the existing 24" main tile of Branch
No. 9 of Judiciai Ditch No. 31.

that Plaintiffs Wilfred G. Byer and Bet-
ty M. Byer have life estate interests in
the above-described Parcel 4, and that
Defendants have no estate or interest
in the premises or lien thereon.
